We were referred by Jeremy at integrity Auto, but I wasn’t looking to change insurances. I updated my policy for our new vehicle through Allstate and our rate went up $800 a year. I called and talked to Emma who got me quotes, within a couple hours, that were almost half the price of what Allstate was going to charge. We took care of the details the next day, super easy and quick! Incredible service and everyone I talked to was kind, especially Emma!

Every single time I call Insurance Consultants on Timberlake Rd, Melissa answers nearly every time! She is always friendly, outgoing, helpful and efficient! Im about to get a new car and after getting a quote, I originally thought that the quote was a bit higher than expected. Then I thought about it- if you’re going to purchase a service from someone, even if it’s higher, it’s 1000% worth it to have an agent that knows you and treats you like family!
