I recently had an unfortunate incident that both of my vehicles were hit and totaled while parked in front of my house. The owner of the vehicle had insurance but they were not being very helpful. I contacted my insurance company (Erie) via the very professional staff at Insurance Consultants of Lynchburg. Sherry was so wonderful and helped ease my stress level. She walked me through every step and I was contacted by an adjuster within 15 minutes. They secured rentals for both me and my husband as well as making sure our vehicles were checked out for repair or declared totaled. The process with Erie was smooth and stressless.
