Every single time I call Insurance Consultants on Timberlake Rd, Melissa answers nearly every time! She is always friendly, outgoing, helpful and efficient! Im about to get a new car and after getting a quote, I originally thought that the quote was a bit higher than expected. Then I thought about it- if you’re going to purchase a service from someone, even if it’s higher, it’s 1000% worth it to have an agent that knows you and treats you like family! Why would anyone go anywhere else?!! Thank you for all you do Melissa, you’re the best! God bless!

I just got set up with a new auto policy and truly appreciated Amanda taking the time to explain a few things as well as making sure I got the best quote. She was able to get all the details and give me a quote in a timely manner, too! I feel that she went above and beyond by also offering to help with future quotes when I purchase a new vehicle. Definitely recommend her and their consultants.
